By paying for the service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We Grow Marketing is the “Service Provider” and you are “the Client”. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Scope:
    • The scope of services includes setting up and managing Google Search Ads campaigns as detailed in the selected plan.
  2. Non-Refundable Payment:
    • All payments made for the services are non-refundable.
  3. No Guarantee of Results:
    • The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific results, including increased leads, sales, or website traffic.
    • Marketing outcomes depend on various factors including the quality of the website and the competitiveness of the business.
    • While the Service Provider guarantees high-quality work aimed at generating targeted traffic, marketing is an investment that carries risks, including the potential loss of money.
  4. Google Ads Spend:
    • The cost of Google Ads is not included in the service fee and must be borne by the Client.
  5. Client Responsibilities:
    • The Client must provide all necessary access and information required for the setup and management of the campaigns.
  6. Limitation of Liability:
    • The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses resulting from the use of the services, except for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  7. Privacy and Data Protection:
    • The Service Provider will comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and ensure the protection of any personal data collected.
  8. Termination:
    • Either party may terminate the services with 30 days written notice. Payments for services rendered until termination are non-refundable.
  9. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be referred to mediation at the Singapore Mediation Centre before pursuing any other dispute resolution mechanism.
  10. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
